News & Press Releases:

Mr. Booker lives in the Washington, DC area and spends his days working for a prestigious international law firm. His goal is to eventually escape the rigors of nine-to-five officedom and slip into the long and seemingly endless hours of the artist. His training in literature, law and photography combine to create unique scenarios for film, and his fascination with subculture lends a perspective on the mainstream from without. Mr. Booker did not write this copy.

YES! After two years in the making! The film is finally done! I am currently having it coded and duplicated at Megalodon Multimedia, Inc. They’re a really cool company with some of the best prices on the net, and they say it's coming along very well! So I’m very happy. I should receive a test DVD in a week and then if all goes well the final FIRST Shipping of 1000 should come my way! I am now accepting pre-orders! If you are interested in owning a copy of this awesome film! Drop me a line at: Mason@maysun..org and I’ll set you up! Otherwise hang out for a week or two and I’ll have an official order form set up when the first shipment arrives.

Yes, I know, the new trailer is not up. The old ones are still available HERE. That means the trailers are available here, like it says on the main page, that you had to read before clicking on the news link that brought you here. Sorry. I worked on it all weekend but in the end I just wasn’t happy with it, so it’s not going up I’m sorry. I’ll try and get the trailers up in some other formats in the meantime. I’ve had some complaints about the Divx. All I can say is make SURE you have the 5.0 codec or better because otherwise it will only play the audio.

Life continues…

I found out today that other people are working on similar documentaries and are planning to release. The sudden thrust into fierce competition has unnerved me a bit, but I’m sure that mine will be done first and will be the best. It means I have to up the production schedule which means I may have to cut the Milwaukee test screening (sorry guys) but suddenly time is of the essence and every moment counts!!! I will probably send out VHS advance copies to people and have them view them and return comment cards. Oy! What a day!

So the page is up! That’s exciting! I appreciate Christian’s help on this one.
I have been getting some complaints about the editing on the trailers, all I can say is I’m still learning but thanks for the input. I plan to put up a very short third and final trailer probably on Monday. After that I’ll be finishing editing the main film.

A lot of people have been asking when the film will be done and I definitely appreciate the interest so I’ll try and keep this area updated with steady progress updates. Here is a general outline though.

So far the rough cut is looking like it will be done in May and then after some test screenings (one in DC and one in Milwaukee) the final edit will be made and titles added and then the whole thing will be sent off to the DVD pressing company. The film should be available by late May early June.

If you have any questions or comments please e-mail me at:

Be warned both spam and flames will be ignored.

If you have somehow missed our blatant commercial attempts and are looking for our order page because you want to buy the film you should go here.
